You will receive a pick-up code as soon as the premium dealer has set the Dienstrad to "ready for pick-up".
The premium dealer hands over the Dienstrad to you and instructs you. You confirm that you have taken delivery of the Dienstrad without any defects by handing over the collection code sent to him to the specialist dealer. The dealer then digitally documents the takeover in the Deutsche Dienstrad platform.
