When can a Dienstrad be picked up after approval by the Dienstrad contact person in the company?

After approval by the employer, the employee's preferred dealer receives an automatic order.

As soon as the Dienstrad is ready for pickup, the employee receives a pickup code by e-mail and via the Deutsche Dienstrad Platform. The Dienstrad can be picked up with the pickup code and a valid ID card.
