When and where is a service, inspection or full service performed?
The employee receives a code from us by e-mail and in the Deutsche Dienstrad platform at the earliest from the 7th month after taking delivery of the Dienstrad.
With this code, he can have the inspection/full service carried out at a dealer of his choice. The premium dealer settles directly with us.
