We extend the manufacturer's warranty.
The employee is of course entitled to the rights under the statutory warranty (liability for material defects) for the Dienstrad. This warranty is valid for two years from the date of acceptance of the Dienstrad.
For questions regarding liability for defects, the respective specialist dealer is the point of contact. After the expiry of the limitation period of two years, damage caused by material, production and design defects is covered by our comprehensive insurance.
