What happens after the term?

The employee can choose.

• The employee returns their Dienstrad free of charge and perhaps chooses a new, nice Dienstrad.
• If the employee wishes to purchase the Dienstrad after the end of the lease period, we will make the employee an appropriate offer. We aim to make this offer based on the residual value used for the calculation.
