What does Dienstrad Protect or fully comprehensive insurance mean?

The protection covers loss and damage, especially in the following cases:

Theft, burglary- theft, robbery (also of attachments).
Total loss
Vandalism
Damage due to (traffic) accident, fall or crash
Operating errors / improper handling
Damage to or destruction of batteries and electronic motor and control devices
Material, production and design defects after the expiry of the 2-year limitation period for claims arising from liability for material defects
