Please first check the inbox of your e-mail and also look in the spam folder.

If you do not find a notification with a pickup code here, contact your specialist dealer from whom you purchase the bike. If the status of the order is "Open", the specialist dealer can confirm that the Dienstrad is "ready for collection" with one click. The pickup code will then be sent to you automatically. Alternatively, you can view the pickup code in your order in the Deutsche Dienstrad platform.
