The entire process takes place via the Deutsche Dienstrad platform.
Deutsche Dienstrad does not have to intervene in the process. The process is as follows:
- You as a dealer create an offer in the Deutsche Dienstrad platform under the menu item "Create offer".
- The employee and employer must then accept the offer. The order is then automatically triggered in your account
- You set the Dienstrad in the Deutsche Dienstrad platform to ready for pickup and the employee receives a pickup code.
- With the help of the pick-up code and a valid ID card, the employee can pick up the Dienstrad from you.
