How does the order process work?

Registration: Employees receive a registration link to the Deutsche Dienstrad platform from their Dienstrad contact, which they can use to register. Optional: If desired, the employer/Dienstrad contact can approve the registration before the employee can use the platform.

Select dream bike: Employees select their dream bike in the Deutsche Dienstrad marketplace, from their local dealer, or from an online retailer/manufacturer. Based on the dealer's offer, the transfer contract is automatically created. Employees sign the transfer contract and it is automatically forwarded to the Dienstrad contact person.

Review: The Dienstrad contact checks the documents in the Dienstrad platform and approves them digitally. The order with the dealer is triggered automatically.

Pick up your dream bike: Now you can pick up your dream bike at the dealer with the pickup code and your ID card. Let's go!
