How can I get my dream bike?

1. You will receive a registration link for our Dienstrad platform and further information from your employer. Then you can register.
2. Choose your dream bike at your local dealer or online. The dealer will enter the offer in the Dienstrad platform.
3. If you accept the offer in the Dienstrad platform, a transfer contract is automatically generated. You have to sign this contract.
4. Your employer approves the offer and the transfer contract, and the order is placed with the dealer. You will receive a pick-up code by e-mail and in the mailbox of the Dienstrad platform when your bike is ready for pick-up at the specialist dealer. Please show the pick-up code and an ID card at the time of pick-up.
