What is the service agreement?

Together with the framework contract, the service contract lays the foundation for the cooperation.

With the service contract, Deutsche Dienstrad commits itself to the employer to take over the handling of a Dienstrad. It is part of the contract package consisting of the service contract and the leasing framework contract and thus the basis for being able to conclude individual leasing contracts.
