What does basic service or inspection mean?

The Dienstrad inspection is an annual check (a total of 3 times during the term) of the bike at the personal dealer of choice on site.

The inspection is performed according to an inspection list, includes all relevant inspection points and is based on the recommendations of the Bundesinnungsverband für das Deutsche Zweiradmechaniker-Handwerk (BIV) and the VSF.
